Scope Of Work
This 34,000 sq. ft. “L” shaped 3-story building addition was designed so that an additional classroom facility may be added in the future. It is placed between the existing Worship Center and the Education Building and includes the following:
A three-Coat stucco plaster with masonry accent exterior finish
Clear anodized aluminum storefront systems.
TPO roof with standing seam metal roofing at the entry canopy
Interior finish out of classrooms, offices, restrooms, two staircases, and one elevator
Steel beams include students’ faculty, and church staff special scripture verses.
Due to the fact the new building abutted the existing, relocations of doors, vents and other items had to be achieved without impacting the on- operations and safety of the school or church. We had to be very conscientious about noise levels, phasing and staging the construction to keep interruptions to the schedule and to academia at a minimum. This was accomplished.
