Scope Of Work
The retrofit/remodel of the 36,000 sf empty existing grocery store in the shopping center to this state-of-the-art fitness facility includes the following:
Installation of indoor pool, steam and saunas
Raising of room to accommodate new basketball courts
Kid’s club
Several specific use rooms
Weight room
Removed existing roof & replaced with R-22 roof & roof screen with structural support below
New storefront assemblies & windows to match
ADA ramp assemblies
Site lighting
Cutting & patching for new utility service
New HVAC roof-top units, controls & sensors
Installed locker rooms and showers
