Scope Of Work
The build-to- suit project for Petco was a 748,650 SF warehouse/distribution facility. The project internally, was appropriately named Project Wildhorse as many of the native ponies wandered through the 49 acre property daily. The project achieved Silver. It featured a 36’ clear warehouse, 22,000 SF of office space, LED lighting on both interior and exterior of the building, and vertical levelers. The project also had multiple patio areas for the employees to enjoy the beautiful mountain views and the building had a 250KW Emergency generator.
