Scope Of Work
Elk Grove Subaru is the 5th project that Alston Construction has constructed for the Lasher Auto Group in Elk Grove, CA. The project is a single story, 9,000 SF concrete tilt-up building, that features a showroom, parts department, service center with 6 bays and 2 wash bays and has a fully covered service entry and car delivery area.
The project started in July 2010 and was in 4 months start to finish. This aggressive schedule satisfied the ’s scheduled opening date. There were several scope changes particular to the , but no resulting scheduling delays we seamlessly integrated changes with the overall project goal while constructing the base project.
