Scope Of Work
This 55 door expansion to Yellow’s cross dock facility combines concrete tilt-up construction, performed by Bremco’s in house concrete crew, and a Butler pre-engineered metal building complete with skylights, ridgevents and a Butlerib II roof system. Bremco worked closely with the Terminal Manager on site improvements such as yard lighting, on-site fire hydrants, ADA upgrades to the existing office and more than 1 acre of concrete paving which were performed without interruption to the fully operational trucking facility.
