Scope Of Work
J.J. Sinisi Inc was contracted to pave the entire parking garage facility, roads, and satellite parking lots at the Independence Harbor Condominium complex in Edgewater, New Jersey. This project required a significant amount of pre-construction planning due to the fact the management company wanted zero disruption to the everyday life of the 500+ residences, the maximum height in the garage facility was 10 feet high, and the working and staging areas had to be kept debris and dust free at all times.
