Scope Of Work
Maxicrete managers have developed a very productive workforce when it comes to Multi-Family projects. From the "walls out" Maxicrete is responsible for all foundation waterproofing, drainage, patio walls, footings, backfill, entry steps with walls, columns, common walkways, retaining walls, stucco, pre-cast, stairs, risers, caps, and all of the patios on this job. We also are under contract for all the metal handrails, patio guardrail, fencing, and metal trellis on this project.
