A sound, safe approach to a challenging structure.
With a design that included 30-foot building bays, this project––building a concrete parking deck and apartments above a theater––was no easy task. Grand River Construction evaluated, selected, installed and engineered scaffolding and a formwork system to handle the job. This required constant coordination with the engineer of record to safeguard loading conditions throughout the project. By maintaining tight supervision of the site and effective resource management during all phases of the concrete construction, we were able to ensure the project’s success and excellent safety record.
