Scope Of Work

The office and labs at the clean water plant in Grandville required a new building, and Grand River Construction was chosen to handle the job. But the project was anything but standard. We needed to create a building exterior that closely resembled the facility’s newly built retaining walls for the nearby I-196 ramps. To meet the need, we worked closely with suppliers and the architect to integrate a stained stone appearance on the precast concrete wall panels. By paying special attention to the details––including the fit and coloring––the result was exactly what the client was looking for. And despite beginning the work in the winter, we also completed the project on time.
