Scope Of Work
Located in the Heart of Downtown Los Angeles, this 5 Level concrete structure was nearly one for the record books, becoming one of the largest single concrete pours in the history of Los Angeles County. Over 9,600 cubic yards of concrete place and finished for the “mat slab” foundation in a 12-hour period proved to be one of GBC’s greatest undertakings to date. This was only the beginning, as the project extended upward with four levels of 65,000 square foot Post-tensioned concrete slabs for parking and office areas. Our Masonry Division was on board was well, contributing to the success of this standout project.
