Scope Of Work

Projects primary focus was to bring the 5,000 sf+ facility built in 1877 up to accessibility codes, provide structural retrofits, and add several key components to help update and enhance future use. Interior upgrades are highlighted by a new 3-stop elevator, remodeled 1,900 sf catering kitchen, addition of a new men's restroom, and adding a basement exit that allows for direct access to the facilities event lawn area. Other building additions include seismic strengthening, upgraded code compliant utility systems, and new finishes including the refurbishment of the original wood floor at the entry lobby. Exterior work features new landscaping along with concrete sidewalks and paving to make site ADA accessible. All work performed complies with Department of Interiors Standards for Treatment of Historical Properties.
