Founded in 1968, Cub Foods has 69 stores in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Illinois: 58 of these in the Twin Cities metro. Working on and meeting an aggressive schedule, Axel Ohman was the natural choice for completing three store locations in Lakeville, Eagan and Brooklyn Park. The Lakeville Cub Foods was the last structure completed in this 2-year period, with the masonry structure completed in a mere 25 days.
