Scope Of Work
Completed December 2011, this was a 10,000 Square Foot TI for a production office with a server room and over a dozen edit suites. This property was an empty warehouse when it was acquired. Our project scope included all new power distribution and pad mounted utility transformer, new telephone and power conduits to the utility pole, designer lighting with a centralized emergency lighting inverter and a new fire alarm system. Stetson Power has been serving the electrical installation and build out needs of Southern California since 2004. We specialize in Commercial Developments, Professional and Industrial Tenant Build-Outs, Light Industrial applications, sophisticated IT Installations and Generator Sales & Installation.
