Scope Of Work
Twenty Fulton East is located on the corner of Fulton Street and Sheldon Avenue in downtown Grand Rapids. This 12-story apartment tower is mixed-income housing, providing 45 affordable units and 45 market rate units. Along with the units, it will contain 10,000 square feet of ground floor retail. Materials Testing Consultants provided construction materials testing for the project.
