Scope of Work: Polish relaxing areas and reading rooms, Amenities, Kitchen dining areas.
Job Size: 30,000 ft.
Challenge: Aggressive schedule, working around many other trades, working on 3 levels in three buildings entailed many moves.
Process: Grind and Polish 80-800 grits, work in 2,000 ft areas to allow for other trades to have space, then move to next area. McCarthy did a great job keeping our space free of other trades as best they could. On the polish completion McCarthy covered all completed polished areas quickly to protect our work. This is always appreciated, thank you to team McCarthy!
Note: the building itself is very striking from the outside as well as the inside.
