Scope Of Work
Timberline completed this $1.9 million fit-out of a newly built core and shell inline restaurant space within the South Shore Place shopping plaza. The restaurant features an open layout with a large bar and separate expo area with pizza oven and counter seating.
Dining areas o?er booth and table seating options, along with a second story seasonal outdoor deck as well as a separate private function room with the latest AV equipment. A tiled wine and beer refrigerator wall with divides the dining room from the restroom foyer entrance. The new restaurant features elegant details, plank ceilings and high-end finishes throughout.
