Scope Of Work
Timberline renovated a previously occupied in-line restaurant space within the Derby Street Shoppes, to accommodate a new Legal C Bar location. Accommodating 240 occupants, the upscale restaurant features a large bar, small raw bar, and diverse seating options in an open-plan layout, tied together with a bright contemporary color scheme, elegant details and high-end finishes. Hanging rope light fixtures and tray ceilings add to the uniqueness of the finished space.
