Timberline completed the ground-up construction of 45,000 SF fitness center sports club in Stoughton, MA within a six-month construction duration from groundbreaking to Certi?cate of Occupancy. The ?tness club’s amenities include an indoor basketball court, ?ve racquetball courts, cardio and weight areas, high-end locker room facilities with saunas, a 75-foot heated indoor pool with hot tub, an exercise classroom, a spin studio, daycare center, juice bar and ample parking. Features includes multi-level loft construction, high-end finishes and a glass block accent wall.
