Scope Of Work
Foster Mods (Foster Student Living Center) features 36 multi-story townhouse units accommodating approximately 180 seniors. Comprised of four- and six-person town houses, each Mod includes single occupancy rooms, a kitchen, dining room, living room, and one or two bathrooms.
Originally constructed in 1973, this was the first major renovation of Foster Student Residences. Substantial exterior improvements include 300 replacement windows, new colorful exterior paneling in addition to complete roof and membrane replacement.
Interiors of the residence hall were completely upgraded with new finishes, lighting and all new kitchen appliances. The end result is a dramatically enhanced student living experience.
