Scope Of Work
MAC was suddenly called upon to complete the Oxon Hill project, which required an extensive amount of site work. Drawing from past experience, MAC finished the project quickly and with high quality results. MAC finished grading for curb and black top work using their in-house civil crews. MAC also installed a large section of ornamental steel fence to match the existing structure. One of the new sections extended around a 25 foot long retaining wall while the other primary section ran around an 85 foot side walk grassy area. The interior of the Oxon Hill Community Center also required Mid Atlantic Contracting’s services. Work performed includes framing (wood/metal), drywall, finishing, drop ceilings, flooring (VCT/ceramic), painting and steel railing. Exterior renovations to a community center included siding, glazing, roofing and trim.
