Scope Of Work

Remove loose material along ceiling and floors, remove urethane membrane, remove deteriorated steel channels, repair concrete spalls, repair concrete spalls with exposed rebar, concrete crack repair, concrete crack repair with epoxy injection, sandblast and paint exposed steel and bollards, reinforce damaged columns, reinforce damaged beams, remove and replace deteriorated section of drain pipe, repair drain pipe penetrations through concrete, provide and install new beams to support concrete deck, apply waterproof membrane to roof deck, apply waterproof sealant to remaining floor decks, sandblast, repair and paint all metal stairs, provide line striping, repair all joints, re-attach all loose guide rail, remove metal thresholds at elevator doors, install 40ft PVC pipe and accessories, remove deteriorated steel beam and replace with new beams, concrete patching.
