Scope Of Work
The project consisted of renovating a former Chevrolet dealership showroom into a new facility for the Office of the Bursar. The project needed to be completed between the Spring and Fall semesters while accommodating existing occupants in the rear half of the building. The sloped showroom floor was leveled before being refinished with a thin epoxy terrazzo, including the inlayed university logo. Radius walls, soffit, reception desk and casework added to the dramatic nature of the new space.
