BCI, now a 2nd generation company, has been building for over two (2) decades. BCI began as a carpentry firm and working alongside other General Contractors, BCI completed rough & finish carpentry projects throughout Minnesota and began taking on National projects. As they watched how projects were lead, BCI felt they could provide a better service as the leader of the project; thus a hunger developed to become General Contractors themselves. Today, BCI is a full-service General Contractor capable of delivering construction services in many delivery styles; Design-Build, Traditional General Contracting, and Construction Management in both the Public and Private markets.
 
Over the past several years, BCI’s vision steered to focusing on local projects to create a healthier work-life balance for employees and truly invest into the Communities in which they belong. BCI has continually developed and redeveloped their Project Management delivery system that revolves around empowering their employees abilities to engage with Clients over the entire building process from thought to grand-opening, to 2nd life of the building. We feel we truly live our Mission; We exist to provide superior customer service through effective construction solutions by educating and empowering our Team.

Many of the Relationships we have created in the past continue to strive, often teaming on unique projects where knowledge is the key to success. BCI now employs over 50 personnel from Managers to Laborers. We are capable not only of our full-scale management delivery system, but we are able to self-perform demolition, rough & finish carpentry, steel stud & drywall packages, and many finishes & specialties. Every member is just as important as the other and we all have roles that we play.

Here at BCI, we believe in working for great people trying to do great things; and we are passionate about it. It involves dreams, visions, and sometimes aspirations beyond ones grasps. But we help those groups understand what it takes to get there, and dream and brainstorm with them applying what we have seen in the past and learned along our journey. With a strong emphasis on Commercial, Medical, and Institutional work, BCI will continue to be a staple of the Central Minnesota Region and beyond.
