Scope Of Work
Muskegon Commerce Bank originally started in the former Mr. Fables restaurant on the corner of Seminole Road and Seaway Drive in Norton Shores. After seeing exceptional growth for years Muskegon Commerce Bank knew it was time to build the new 18,000 square foot banking center on the site adjacent to their original location.
The new two story structure also has a fully completed basement. Featuring walk-in teller lanes, three drive-thru lanes, ATM, night deposit and support offices on three levels. The new banking center features a two story open glass foyer on two ends of the building with a blend of stone and brick veneer accented with metal panels and shingles.
