Scope Of Work
Krause Construction was chosen by Seneca Petroleum to relocate their headquarters. Seneca purchased a 30,000 square foot existing warehouse for their new location. Construction consisted of completely removing all existing mechanicals and the entire floor slab. The existing walls and roof structure remained intact. Working with ownership and the design team was very exciting as the final look was created. Krause is very proud of this high-end modern design project.
