JRW Foundation-Systems

 JRW Construction was founded in 1976 by John Whittam building homes in Big Bear Lake, CA.  While attending UC Irvine, he worked on various custom projects in Orange, LA and San Bernardino counties.  Northridge earthquake brought exposure to soil remediation projects and in 1996 JRW Foundation-Systems was formed as a certified A.B.CHANCE helical pile contractor.

2004 began seismic upgrades at: Nordstroms at South Coast Plaza, Riverside and Santa Barbara locations perfecting the Helical Pulldown Micropile (HPM). Adding caisson and micropiles, we performed design/build services for: LAX Theme Bldg., LA Museum of Natural History, LA County Sheriff's Biscailuz Training Center, Alex Theater, Orange Coast Memorial Medical Center, Lexus of Cerritos, Santa Barbara Museum of Art, Stater Brothers, Lido Marina Village Nobu, Santa Ana River Intersection (SARI), The SoCal Gas Company essential building retrofit, The Bass Pro Shop Irvine, Nexus Skyline Towers, South Bay Mercedes Benz, 74th St. Elementary LAUSD, Cell Towers foundation upgrades throughout California and micropiles along the Parker strip in AZ.
