Repairing Holes, Inside Existing Structures

United Drilling has the equipment and experience to correct out-of-plumb holes all while working within the constraints of completed buildings.

ThyssenKrupp Elevator designs and delivers transportation solutions all around the world. When their crew mobilized to start an installation project they quickly discovered the existing holes were out of plumb to a degree that rendered the holes unusable. To make matters worse the building was quickly approaching turnover; the structure was dried in, the drywall hoistways were built, and many of the floor coverings and finishes were in place. United Drilling planned and executed the entire hole re-drilling operation. A crew was mobilized from over 1,000 miles away and repaired two holes, 50’ in depth, in nine calendar days.
