Scope Of Work
Project Profile: A multi-year, multi-phased expansion adds 395,000-square-feet of retail space to the existing 1.1 million-square-feet mall including a new, larger Nordstrom department store. The project includes extensive demolition of existing retail space and installation of new utility line as well as a five-level parking garage and transit center that ties into the planned San Diego Trolley extension. Another city-approved expansion includes 300,000-square-feet of additional retail space and 300 apartments.
Kelar Pacific Role: The technology partner delivering an integrated project management solution using BIM 360, Glue, Field, Prolog, and SharePoint. Scan complete project area, stitch and model for existing condition. Create animated construction timeline for the entire phased project. Coordinate construction drawings (CD) for all trades and manage 3D model updates across all disciplines.
