Scope Of Work
Barcode is a three story expansion of an existing night club into a full-scale entertainment venue with multiple assembly areas that will include:several flexible bar area configurations, entertainment spaces, and indoor pool area, roof top terrace, as well as full concert venue. The space will be designed to host both public and private functions in separated private spaces or large events throughout the entire facility.
The building will be a three-story steel structure using wide flange and hollow section structural steel columns and beams with bar joist designed to support steel deck and concrete floors and roof. The exterior walls will be constructed with conventional insulated, heavy gauge metal stud framing. The interior will be constructed of metal stub framing, concrete block walls finished with combination of ceramic, stone tile, and decorative wall panel finishes.
