At just 13 years old, Stephen was already tracing the path of his father, Roland - founder of Roland's Electric, Inc. Stephen worked in the company warehouse picking orders and tools for projects. “After I graduated from high school at 17, I went up through the IBEW apprenticeship, then trade school, and worked as an electrician for the company”, said Stephen. In 1990, Stephen took the reins of the company and continues to grow and expand the company now as President, while staying true to Roland’s original founding principles - a key factor to the company's success and longevity. “He always said to succeed you must stay ahead of new technology, keep bids competitive and do top quality work,” says Stephen Cadieux, President. “Those principles still serve us well. By utilizing the latest in technology, we give our customers the service and cost savings necessary to be successful in today's market".
