Scope Two-story 36,000 S.F. performing arts theatre. One 250-seat theatre and one black box theatre. Dynamic lobby for performances and community gatherings. Frost wall foundation with precast walls, steel/concrete decks, glu-lam beams and hanging wood trusses. Heavy and high-end electrical, mechanical, AV and theatrical components. The building has a green roof with outdoor terrace and is LEED Gold certified.
