Scope Of Work
This project involves 24,000 SF of new construction and 16,300 SF of renovations to this middle school. A new 12,000 SF single story Administration / Special Education Building is constructed of masonry, metal stud framing, wood roof, wood joist and glu-lam beams, asphalt shingle roof and complete interior finishes. Another new 12,000 SF building is a single story pre-engineered metal building addition to an existing multi-purpose building is included with complete interior finishes and a new walk-in cooler and freezer. The project also includes demo and retrofit work to three existing classroom buildings including science labs, classroom and library reconfiguration. The site work involves underground utilities, a re-designed bus drop off area, and new parking.
