Scope Of Work
W.E. O’Neil has been selected for preconstruction and construction of this new STEM building for Cathedral Catholic High School. The new 5,000 SF facility will consist of a single-story masonry and stucco education building with flat and clay tile roof. The programming includes STEM Engineering Program classrooms consisting of a 1,500 SF robotic testing workshop, 1,200 SF robotics lab, 1,000 SF computer lab, and a restroom facility, and concession stand for adjacent stadium use. The scope of work also includes site landscaping and road improvements. All will be completed within an active and operating campus.
