Scope Of Work
One of New York’s premier shopping malls, Roosevelt Field Mall in Garden City, has undergone many upgrades and improvements since it first opened in 1956.
Merritt Engineering was retained to complete a series of projects including a Roof Replacement, Structural Assessment, Exterior Masonry Wall Restoration, Waterproofing of Interior Fountains, Exterior Signage and Construction Monitoring.
