Scope Of Work
Located on the ground level of Hudson Yards, New York’s newest premier shopping destination, the Fendi boutique corner suite location spans 2,300 sqft of sales and 800 sqft of back of house. Scope of work included storefront cladded in navona travertine, complete fire, mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems, and finish work including marble cladded portals, lacquered counters, velvet paneled, and plaster textured walls, hand tufted carpets and oak parquet floors.
