Scope Of Work
Restoration included the demolition and replacement of wall sheathing in locations determined as having substantial decay. The encapsulation of one hundred percent (100%) of the surface area of wall sheathing with waterproof coating. The mechanical fastening of Greenguard, drainage board and installation of Durock cement board, and installation of an exterior wythe of Belden thin brick veneer.
