Cress Creek Condominium Association contracted Structural Technologies to consult the association in the repair of two deteriorated balconies. The Association retained Structural Technologies for the purposes of developing elevation drawings and project specific details outlining the restoration process. Structural Technologies provided oversight of the restoration process through project management and administrative services.

Picture 2: The removal of the metal pan form and the C-channel from the balcony allowed Structural Technologies to evaluate the steel beams to establish whether the deterioration of the steel beams due to corrosion from water migration issues compromised the structural integrity of the balcony system.
Picture 3: Structural Technologies schedules inspections at each interval of the restoration process to advise the contractor to any corrections to the installation of material to certify that the scope of work is completed according to specification.
