Scope Of Work
Advocate Heath Care facilities retained Structural Technologies to provide initial inspection and analysis of the existing window conditions. Structural Technologies analysis conclusively determined that the existing window system was antiquated, energy inefficient and was allowing moisture infiltration which resulted in substantial deterioration. Structural Technologies was commissioned with the design and specifications of the window system replacement and procurement of qualified bidders preceding the award of the contract. Structural Technologies provided Project Management throughout the multi-phased implementation of the Patient Tower Window Replacement Project.
