Layton Construction transformed the existing hotel, performing a full renovation to meet the standards of and join Marriott’s luxury Autograph Collection.

Layton completely refurbished this 7-story luxury hotel. After a complete demolition, all guestrooms and public service areas, including ballrooms, meeting rooms, lobby, bar and kitchen and public spaces were renovated.
