Scope Of Work
The Mill Creek Apartments & Senior Estates is an affordable housing project developed by the Vancouver Housing Authority. KeyWay is especially proud that a “dead” project after two rounds of extensive competitive bidding was brought back to life through our approach to value engineering. The buildings’ structure is 2-3 floors of wood framing on slabs on grade and composition shingle roofing. The Project had prevailing wage requirements and a performance bond mandate. The 3-floor senior building features central corridors, laundry rooms and a variety of common areas. Other amenities include a Clubhouse and play area structure.
