Scope Of Work
The Rock Creek Ridge Apartments is the fifth major project completed with our most valued client, Carla Properties. Developed adjacent to the new Fred Meyer store in the ever-expanding Sunrise corridor along SE Sunnyside Rd. in Happy Valley, this suburban project is made up of very efficient 3-story “wood walk-ups” with stair access under covered breezeways. The Project amenities include a large Clubhouse with exercise facilities; swimming pool and spa; spacious pool deck with barbeque; carports and a bordering walking trail.
