Schedule intensive MOB with 31 exam rooms, 2 procedure rooms, and 4 restrooms. Transformed from a warm dark shell in under 14 weeks. Competing priorities between the extensive underground for 41 waste connections to an exterior POC and the overhead required careful coordination and internal phasing.
