Scope Of Work
JE Dunn is currently constructing the new, 110,000 SF, two-level, international airport passenger terminal building and sitework. The Williston Basin International Airport services northwest North Dakota and northeast Montana. The project consists of new entry hall, TSA offices, baggage, rental car/ticket counters, restrooms, and passenger screening. The basement will house the mechanical and electrical equipment and storage for the terminal. New vertical circulation such as, stairways, escalators and elevators, will be included to improve pedestrian flow. The exterior site work will also be updated with new concrete walkways, landscaping, fencing and gates.
