Scope Of Work
JE Dunn completed the first building on Trimble’s Westminster, Colorado campus. The 124,556-square-foot, four-story office building located on a 15-acre site, includes surface parking, site utilities and overall grading as part of Phase 1 of the new campus. Phase 2 consisted of a 118,039 SF 4-story office building that connects to the existing building via an amenity pavilion and connector breezeway.
