Scope Of Work
BOK Park Plaza is a 27-story, parallelogram shaped, 700,000 SF Class-A office tower. Drawing inspiration from the Lever House building in Manhattan, the 433-foot-tall glass curtain wall design with an internal 40’ back lit crown, further enhances OKC’s growing skyline. The concrete framed tower features a transparent glass and curtain wall design, and includes two attached parking garages, all of which will include ground floor retail. The development also includes two sky bridges that connect to surrounding buildings.
