Scope Of Work

Each T Hangar building houses 14 units and is equipped with a forty-two foot wide bi-fold door, lighting, power and
gas service. The units at T shaped which accommodates the wingspan of light aircraft at the front and are narower
at the tail. The structure is a pre-engineered metal building which is the major attribute to the low costs and short
installation durations. T Hangar "B" included toilet room facilities. We at ADOLPH JOHNSON & SON CO. are
pleased to be part of the Youngstown-Warren Regional Airport's growth and success.ADOLPH JOHNSON & SON CO. (AJS) has twice been the successful contractor at the Youngstown Warren
Regional Airport for the construction of the new T Hangars. These rental units are for privately owned airplanes with
a maximum total wingspan of about 40 feet. The first set was completed in 2012 by Field Superintendent, Mark
DiBell and Project Manager, Paul Johnson Jr. The second set was completed in 2014 by Field Superintendent, Mike
Jones and Project Manager, Jon Locketi. Each project was completed from ground up in approximately three months.
