Details: Demolition of an existing structure, asbestos removal, site work, concrete paving, and the erection of a 6,650 SF pre-engineered metal building by Butler Manufacturing finished with a polished concrete floor. Jewett Construction also installed a Venstar energy management system that connects the store with O’Reilly Auto Parts corporate headquarters in Springfield, MO, allowing all lighting and HVAC systems to be controlled from there.
