Scope Of Work
This new Georgian Style BEQ is three stories and 77,500 gross square feet. The facility accommodates 150 two-person rooms in the Marine Corps Interior Access 2+0 configuration, featuring semi-private bathrooms, walk-in closets, and ceiling fans. Community and service core areas consist of a passenger elevator, laundry facilities, lounges, administrative offices, housekeeping areas, and public restrooms. The structure is brick faced with pre-cast accents and a standing seam metal hipped roof.
