Scope Of Work
The Design-Bid-Build Readiness Center is a 127,171 square foot facility consisting of a prominent entry and stairway with specialized finishes, assembly areas and multiple conference / training rooms, restroom / shower / locker rooms, warehouse areas, and support spaces (mechanical, electrical, communications, elevator, recycling). This project is projected to achieve LEED Silver Certification.
