Emerald was awarded the Best Western Hotel in Charlottesville by The Fried Company. This 124 guest room, 4-story hotel is complete with conference rooms, breakfast area, and outdoor pool.
Advantages to The Fried Company: Emerald had experience constructing hotels, and knew that time is money. Emerald managed the site contractor and work, and was able to meet schedule and budget.
